Advice needed on grievance

Just wondering if anyone here could spare a little time and be an agony aunt for me. I have a few things that are a bit lengthy and could do with some advice as to where to go next with a grievance.

Once you have done one grievance form it does get quite fun - whether you get a reply or not is another thing, good reason to send another..and another..and another. Then you get to stage 3 - still no reply and I`m not sure what happens next. I might copy the lot (always save copies) and post them to Moira.

What it is is I phoned the B&H line and spoke to someone but I don't think I quite came across as I should have. I dwelled more on points that had no bearing on the way my statement pans out. I was hoping someone could peruse it and give me their opinion on whether or not it is a case of B&H as the deasline is fast approaching to become invalid.

There is a difference between making an accusation which turns out after investigation to be unfounded and making a malicious accusation.
If you are having trouble getting your feelings across over the phone try writing them down first,editing out what you think is irrelevant and then speaking to the B&H line with the notes in front of you.
To be honest it's very difficult for us to give specific advice because every situation is different and would need specific information which i would not post directly on the forum.

Forgive my ignorance, I thought there was only one B&H helpline. I thought they were supposed to be impartial in all matters?
