After Resign Changes

Post by ARM »

At our office we have had the resign,Everyone has picked and changed duties but now they are on about adding to some and taking from some.
My question is are they allowed to do this as people have picked duties as they are and signed for them,Why should they except more if that is'nt what the signed for??

Yes if it's part of the 6 week review,i think it's 6 weeks.

After a revision when things bed in minor changes may need to be made to some.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

There's an argument for waiting until after the PIR to have your repick.
There's an argument for not as well.
Mainly because while some work hard to get their duties sorted out some of the more lazy senior guys just sit back and wait to pick the sorted duties and leave their mess behind for others to clean up.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
