Hello I would like some advice on RM rules and procedures regarding disability and new roles
I would like to know if I cannot return to my previous role,
1. Is there any rules on travelling further than my home office ?
2. Is there any rule on change of contracted hours or rate of pay ?
3. Can I refuse the new role being offered ?
4.If there are no new roles for me to do what happens then ?
I am grateful for any advice people can give me thanks
