Ive got IHR due to a failed rehab plan, does anyone know how the lump sum etc is calculated? I have done 11 years service but got less wonga than someone who has done 7 years.
is it worth appealing? I was told I could lose everything if lost????

yeh read this, i got 12k with 10 wks, near as dam it 16k. This also depends on whether you can work again or not though. Atos said I can but the old knees are getting worse by the day, so a job sat on arse would be ideal, unfortunately there's not a lot of office jobs around atm.
