how many times is enough times to be referred to atos with the same condition? i have had 4 phone interview with atos one face to face, line from doctor all diagnosing the same condiation.have been told by dom that i now have to go though the whole process again it has not been two months since this started.do i have a case for a official complant?

I wouldn't think that there is a hard and fast rule with how many times they can refer you. But if they are playing the arse then do the same back. Ask for everything in writing and when they refer you then ask for a written explanation for the reasons behind it.
You wont be refusing but if they ask then just say that you are trying to keep a record of the consultations, treatments etc for this injury incase any complications arise in the future, and that their reasons for referal will help.
