tranfers and pbs payments

Please help transfered to a delivery office from processing in late july 2010 never thought about pbs payments until november when a friend said that they were getting there pbs payment that week i looked at my payslip nothing extra spoke to my Dom and we called HR to be told im not entitled to the payment as i was not in that office in april 2010 so i am now in limbo and 26.36 a month worse off than my coleagues and being asked to do the same absorbtion is this correct would i not be entitled to my processing payment of which they still get paid weekly i think this is very unfair and leaves a real bitter taste in my mouth.
