2nd load of planners

[trouble]

New planner arrived today,
carried out all the formalities and what she was expecting with dom and cwu help
she was not happy with the 1st planners work
then she let it slip that the revisions and savings had to be in line with the offices' budget for this year.

Is this the case?

I thought the budget had nothing to do with these changes/revisions and that it was all about what ever the office needed to run correctly

RM have truely screwed us all

Trouble they tried that with us,''we want x amount out'',we told them bollox.1 nil to us
The problem is our IWT revision gave em the same figure anyway! 1 all.
