Spoke to colleague from another DO today,apparently managers that are caning the docket are well pissed off
because they're getting payed Postman docket rate
Anyone else heard of this?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
It would be unusual. They sometimes do drivers jobs on OT at our office, when there are not enough drivers available, but they get the Manager's OT rate which is double ours.

Surely as managers they should only get time in lieu or it's part of their salary???????????
Saw my DOM today for the first time in almost 2 weeks (im on a/l) and he looked fecked.He had been on the thru last night then left about 6.30 to go and do walks in SW16.At this rate :lfo and :cfo will kill all there managers off,ive noticed when i see govnors in vans now they look well pissed off.
