ok guys need some help my office has refused to sign off revision due to some ir problems and health and safety problems have been down the route of meetings with manager,planner,cwu area rep,cwu divisional rep,and royal mail divisional manager and nothing sorted.
we are now haveing a meeting at stage 3 of the i r disagreement process all the ir problems i have identified ie ips times prep times have been told are nationaly agreed and not touchable the health and safety there saying is not an ir problem and will be looked at on there own even tho these are part of the revision and way duties are made up and all part of 2010 agreement ie fatiegue places with steps and hills .
is this the case ?

Detaching issues so that they can be "dealt with seperatly" is a classic RM tactic to get you to agree to what THEY want while not giving you what you want. If you let this go i doubt very much if your issues will evr be paid anything but lip service.
For me, i find it silly that RM in some areas are still pushing revisions through when they themselves have admitted they need to rethink their position. In the my area i have been told to stop all planning past phase 1, and the hub office that should have been completed in a matter of weeks has literally thrown away their revision and started again from phase 1.
