I read somewhere that using agency to do the work of strikers results in a fine. I think the figure was £5,000. Is that per agency worker?
I read the union is taking agencies that supply these to court. What would be the result of any action, a fine for the agency?
Also on the subject of fines does anyone know how much RM will be fined for not producing the profit figures by the end of july?

1st question is here http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/forum/vi ... php?t=3151
2nd one because they are not a private company i dont think they can get fined, but as someone else on here said
they will have to release them to company house, not sure if or whether they can be fined for being late,or even if there is a deadline.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
