Is it true CWU can help with costs for travelling, to and fro from hospital, for a terminally ill partner ?
The pmn in question has already been off caring for his wife and now balances work with all the worry.
I have heard there is a thing called Hardship Allowance ???

There is a CWU welfare fund which does assist members in need but you have to have the support of your Branch Secretary .
