I have been off work with a foot injury and ATOS recommend indoor work .
RM have offered me nights wheir as my normal duty is days ,do RM have to offer you the same shift when doing light duties?

I personally don't know but with this and many other questions does anyone know if there is an agreed process for sickness, return, rehab and employment during and after periods of sickness. If so any chance of posting a link as at the moment ordinary bods seem to be at the mercy of the compassion or lack of it of their Managers.

Im also have had ATOS recommend indoor work, no requests yet from the DOM about change in hours.
