If he isn't made up than yes he is still an OPG, you should pick a duty then they should try and acomadate your disability , get intouch with your rep maybe you could be a reserve in the callers office if/when they are lifted

callers office does not have to be included in the re-pick it comes under the way forward agreement i think

I think only having half a brain is covered under the DDA. (Isn't it called the equality Act now?)
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
