i think its four weeks 2 days not sure though 15 years is 5 weeks and 20 yeaars is six weeks but you can buy leave if you want but only up to the max of six weeks a year all in hope that helps you

Annual Leave Entitlement:
On entry = Four and a half weeks
After 5 years = Four weeks 3.5 days
After 15 years = Five weeks 1 day
After 20 years = Six weeks
