Moved offices

I'm after some advice for one of my work mates. He has been at our office for 5 yrs on a 32 hour contract, he is being moved to another office on monday as another worker is coming back to our office after 3-4 yrs away!! He has been reinstated at our office as he was moved for a dissaplinary matter, but has since had an big sorry from the boss for messing up! (the boss was in the wrong!). It seems a little unfair on the lad who has been with us 5 yrs as there have been 5-6 start after him! Just like to know where he stands?

if the postman after him are on the same hours as him then one of them should go before he does. but i am not sure that me his to go any way unless he wants to move to another office get him to phone hrs service to get advice but i think he does not have to go hope that helps

I would of thought it's last in 1st out,especially with seniority coming into play.
