I AM A REP IN THE LONDON AREA AND WAS ON THE PICKET LINE THIS MORNING STOPPED A ROYAL MAIL TRUCK AND ASKED THE DRIVER NOT TO CROSS THE PICKET LINE WHEN FROM NO WHERE THE DIM ARRIVED TOLD THE DRIVER TO CROSS OR HE WOULD HAVE HIS MONEY STOPPED I HAD A SHORT CONVERSATION WITH THE DIM IN RELATION TO THE DRIVER CROSSING THE LINE TO WHICH THE DIM DEPARTED HE THEN BEGAN TALKING INTO HIS MOBILE PHONE SAYING DID YOU GET ALL THAT HE HAD OBVIOUSLY HAD THE DSM OR OTHER DIM ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE EITHER JUST LISTENING OR TAPING THE CALL
WATCH OUT CHAPS THESE TWATS WILL TRY ANYTHING
ANY ONE ELSE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS

and if you can read legal jargon here is the act mentioned:It is not illegal for individuals to tape conversations providing the recording is for their own use, under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA).
It is a civil, not criminal, matter if a conversation or e-mail has been recorded and shared unlawfully.
If a person intends to make the conversation available to a third party, they must first obtain the consent of the person being recorded.
