I have been accepted to be a met police special, I have to do 23 days training straight off can anybody tell me if i can have paid special leave for all or any of this training ?
A lot of companies support their staff and give them time off to do this do Royal Mail?

any answers please would be a help

Moved to Union room it will get more traffic and TBH its a better fit than Ask Admin.

you chosen the intensive training option; i'd done the every sunday one afaik royal mail wont provide any paid leave for it but might be flexible if they offer similar to what they offer TA's

i would have asked before going for an option requiring near a month off
im pretty sure you will get a big no on that much paid leave
