suspended for using facebook at home

i am currently suspended as i have been charged with bringing royal mail into disrepute on facebook.there is no mention of who i work for or any names - just a general description of a true incident. what are the implications?

We had a similar incident at our office (but far more serious because of what was seen on the opening page of the group,
i won't go into details),
but all identifiable people within that facebook group were suspended pending dismissal,
RM contacted facebook and requested full cooperation and all access to the group which was by invite only,
facebook refused (imagine the uproar and loss of custom if they opened up to every employer ?),
RM involved lawyers and police/cps, cps (so i believe) deemed it unworthy of spending public funds on pursuing,
eventually, RM backed down, but those involved were transferred to different offices.

bottom line - DON'T ADMIT TO ANYTHING !
Facebook will not share information of that kind and will not give evidence willingly against you, just deny everything.

Same at our d.o, facebook wouldnt conform the IP address of who made a certain page pretending to be one of our managers, and as such the case was dropped.

RM have to get people to admit guilt , prove guilt and show the guilty party had a motive for criminal proceedings - say as little as possible so nothing can be twisted or distorted .
