trialling new shift patterns
our office is having walk sequencing machines next year half our office have volunteered to trial new shift patterns of working should we be doing managements work for them this early before the machines have even arrived

No--no 'trials 'ever! After a few weeks, they become the norm, and you will get no machines.This happened in our office 3 years ago! Don't isten to their 'we will trial it for 12 weeks and if if doesn't we will revert back to normal. 'it's a con .

If so then why not "trial" them.
If not - why bother?
