Grievance procedure

Please could you tell me the time frame for Stage 1 grievance? How long does management get to resolve/talk to you about your initial Stage 1 paperwork? Thanks

I put in a grievance against ASS. DIM in mid July still not heard a thing, when I ask DOM he says its tit for tat eh !!!
Where do I go next if he just completely ignores it......grievance put against ASS DIM as he said I told him a pmn was not doing job properly !!! funny thing is I was on A/L and in Center parcs at the time.
The pmn then verbally abused me when I returned from work calling me a grass I did not have a clue what he was on about.
The said ASS DIm has even told different lies to Me, Pmn involved & DOM.........Please Help ?

Stick in a stage 2 grievance, if know joy stick in a stage three grievance, it took the three grievances and about eight month before i got sorted out but stick with it.

Grievance forms stage 1, 2 & 3.

i'm currently on Stage 2 of the grievance procedure, so far it has been dragging on for about 3 months, and doesn't look like ending anytime soon.
I had a second meeting last Thursday. So i expect not to hear anything for at least another 2 weeks, as that is the pattern that seems to be emerging.

i've today recieved the meeting notes from my stage 2 grievance which they want me to sign and send back to them confirming thats how the interview went.
The problem is, just like the stage 1, the meeting notes are full of mistakes, and biased in the managers favour and has left out 3 or 4 of my main points.
God i'm getting bored with this now 3 months and 1 week and counting

Dont sign anything. Is your Area rep invovled? Express your concerns to Him/Her before you do anything else.

If you put your grievance in writing, as a general rule of thumb, the accepted practice is that they should reply within 28 days.
