I was called in to the managers office today and asked to sign a stage 1 interview for the attendance procedure, dated April 2010
the manager who did the interview and issued the warning has moved on, leaving a post it note on top of ALL the paper work, "get ***** to sign it copy it and send it hr"
the interview was six months ago, do i have a valid grievance, and is it worth pursuing.

Well that definitely aint a proper procudere!
You should be able to get this thrown out,it has not been done 'within a reasonable time frame'.
Your rep should be able to do this,if not go higher.This would definitely get thrown out at my place.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
