help needed!?!?!?

Had accident 2weeks ago. been working since on light duties. Had meeting with ATOS yesterday and today got signed off on the sick because the boss has taken 3 new members of staff on to do light duties and says theirs no work for me.
i did not want to be signed off on the sick and told both ATOS and my boss this.
He also done my 3month review today when i went in to see what the crack was, really bad review though and it was dated from last month on my 3month mark been theirs just over 4 month now. he was in a very bad mood with me from moment i walked in. telling me hes the boss and a union member doesnt have to be present to i should stop asking for them!
im on sick WITHOUT PAY!! how do i live with no money?

for example my review said due to accident i dont know how to use equipment safely???? was i shown? no!
and that on the day of the accident he weighed my bags and they were all UNDERWEIGHT?? theirs was 158kg in total in my htc trolley? if they were underweight thats 9-10+bags? haha have u tried to fit 10sacks in one of them?
i would not have took overweight bags if i had my WTL on bag weights, but only had this convieniantly 2days after the injury. and again it was dated 2 month ago, not present day! so on records it would show that i done WTL before accident. i didnt sign.

i rang the harrasment number provided on our payslips....USELESS!!!!
told them everything and they told me all i can do is hand a grevance form into my manager????
i said should i go to a injury solicitor? the accident was not my fault and i am now without pay for few month???
my managers lies, contridicts, critisize's me constantly..
my 3month review said i told him i had a bad back for 3days leading upto my accident and if i told him he would have avoided it....I DID NOT SAY THAT!

who can i go to? what can i do? no one seems to want to help within the royal mail.....
anyone know?

no, sorry, i was in on light duties for 1 and half week on normal pay after the accident. then 3 new people started this week so they put me on sick saying due to new starters theirs no indoor work for me. WITHOUT ANY FORM OF PAY :(

Don't know what anybody can do for you mate apart from your office rep & area rep, don't know if you have trid this route to no avail.Sounds as if office coach and rep haven't been very helpfull upto now.
You are being treat disgracefully by your Dom by sounds of things I know you must be really worried about what's going on and I am sorry you are not getting any help(I know helpline is useless).
A bit late now maybe but you should allways have a witness in any meeting with a Dom, and also you are entitled to stat sick pay from social.
Try and keep head up mate don't let the b*stard grind you down whatever happens.

Can you clarify the part when DOM said no work for you? This could be crucial in any grievance you have. Did he insist you take time on the sick, and what contract are you on? Temp, and how many hours? Al these factors come into play, so there is no easy answer. but if you do have another meeting, insist on having a witness with you. Good Luck.

Go higher than the office rep (if u have one)...wtf has he said ?
