hi there what is the new rates % wise for attendance calls and how long do you get allowed for each call :wave :crazy: :Boo hoo!

AFAIK its dependant on local conditions such as local traffic levels, acceleration and delivery methods, walk configuration and traffic profile so there is no Nationally accepted figures set in stone, they are all agreed locally.

They've started counting the gaps in our frames from today to get an average attendance rate over a week. LM went and got someone to recheck my frame as I only had 12 gaps and thought I was pulling a fast one :left:

I recently found out that the previous revision they use between 40 and 60% for call rates and nothing for attendance call so it's no wonder that Pegasus said the duties where OK. :roll:

Bloddy hell

No wonder J and F is alive and well in my D,O our rounds are 88% call rate and 1.7% attendance rate

Been told our new rounds will be 4 1/2 hours long with call rate of 81%.
