Hi,
I am currently on a stage 1 and have incurred to periods of absence, triggering stage 2. I have not been given a return2work interview for these last two periods. Also I raised an issue with a senior manager about my delivery/indoor workload and not being able to complete on time at my last return2work and that I felt stressed an unsupported. Manager said she would speak with DOM. I chased up senior manager and on 2nd occasion she just said "nothing more I can do". Can a stage 2 be issued in these circumstances?

Re: Stage procedure_
well lets hope you are a union member then your Rep can argue your case. As union reps get a lot of stick but when needed are there for members. If not Rm will walk all over you knowing they have agood chance of getting away with it. as for no Btw interviews and no follow up to your problems then they is some mitagation to put forward in your meeting. Knowing Rm managers they do not use their discretion in meetings were merits jutsify as per the agreament, and stages now get issued anway. But if you do not put forward good reasons at stage two and stage one meetings then come the appeal ( stage three) it is harder to argue that the stage one and two were issued unfairly. So all members need to take reps in on all stages just in case, as the bussiness looks to downscale its work force
