anyone know why my pay as a part time postie has not gone up after the increase.
my hourly rate shud be 9.38 but i am still being paid 8.86 ie pay rate 354.56 instead of 375.16pw.
i work in (Area and office edited by POSTMAN) and do 24 hrs pw

The other increase is due when the full time staff go to the 39 hour week.

Don't think this is quite right. I'm on 30hr contract and my pay rate is £375.16p on my payslip but my office hasn't gone to 39hrs!

your hourly rate is £8.86 for your pt contract hours plus your del supplement, then any hours you do over your 24 you get £9.38 (375.16/40 = 9.379)
40hr contract= £375.16- £20.60(del supp) = £354.56 / 40 = £8.86
so if you did 40 hrs you'd get the exact same as a full time 24hrs £212.74 + £12.36 (supp) = £225.10
+ 16hrs * £9.38 = £150.08
£375.18
it had me baffled to begin with as well.
Hope this helps settle your mind
