hi hantsman yes im getting help from the union thankfully but its gonna be a 2 day session do you get to find out at the tribunal if you have won or lost

probably not. they will take time to deliberate.
what is a certainty though, is...if you have been dismissed and are claiming for unfair dismissal and you win -Royal Mail will not give you your job back!
and there is nothing in the law to make them give you the job back!

RM do give people their job back sometimes although tribunals dont like to force them.

RM do give people their job back sometimes although tribunals dont like to force them.

If the tribunal has ordered your employer either to reinstate or reengage you or, in a discrimination case, made a recommendation, and
the order or recommendation has not been carried out or complied with you should write to the tribunal office handling your case. You must
do this as soon as the date for your employer to comply with the order has passed. The tribunal will then arrange a further hearing before the
same tribunal and it may order your employer to pay you extra compensation.

Normally after a tribunal hearing has been held there is normally a 4 week period before the judgement is issued. It normally progresses from Case Management to hearing held (26 weeks) to judgment issued (30 weeks).

if i win any one know roughly how much compo i could get for unfair dismisall an sexual discrimination an also all my lose of earnings as its a year since it happened when my tribunal takes place ive got a part time job now but i only earn minimum wage 16hrs so im still down 60 pw

sharonbar,there are to omany factors to be taken into account when tribunals givetheir rulings, so it's not possible to say how much you may or may not get, but good luck anyway.
