hospital appointments

does anyone know the official stance regarding hospital appointments. i have several coming up and wondered if these would be counted against me in terms of my sick record. thankyou

No, but most hospitals give you the option to rearrange times etc, failing that swap your day off, or ultimately it maybe
special leave - no pay.

if your registered as DDA by RM then I think that some of the appointments would come under "Reasonable adjustments" but thats a guess only.
