harrassment?

been off sick for 2 months now with very painfull feet might need operating on as specialist thinks could be dislodged bones due to extra pressure on ball of feet due to having high arch feet. even sitting down hurts,the problem is my manager has turned up twice now to my house within 7 days, even though im keeping her advised of situation .spoke to atos once, but was a waste of my time as they said i was fit for work after talking to me for 10mins with no contact to any of my specialists or gp.have a second appointment tomorrow but cant see that been anymore helpful what can they possibly know whats wrong just by speaking to me?obviously i want to sort my feet out and get back to work but she doesent see it like this. is this harrassment from her part? ifso how do i go about putting a complaint in as we have no union rep in our office.

get a hr1 form and get it filled in . she shouldnt be pestering you like that. and as for atos a total waste of time . i had a knee op and was telling them what i had done ,they turned round and said oh i havent heard of that procedure before 26 weeks i was off so dont let it worry yer.

I would suggest that as you have no union rep in your office by default then you are bound to have a CWU Industrial Relations Area Rep then get his or her contact details and seek suitable advice from them.

You could do what i did once, was on sick saw manager come through my gate, so i opened the door asked him to leave as this is private property and he was univited, it worked a treat never had any hassle since from management, now they leave me alone when i'm on sick

there is nothing to say they can't come to your house - they will make on they are concerned though.

best chat to them at the door - take a seat and sit in front of them at the door and do not invite them in - they will get the message!

you could write and ask for the conversation to take place over the phone or request it not be that specific manager - the others will in all probability, won't come to you - they WILL phone you!

its not the fact they came its they didnt phone ask if they could come, they just turned up, i was at doctors at the time, and they gave my daughter the 3rd degree about where i was. so i was not happy atall.

So once again, we have Managers who just turn up, and basically harrass people who do not even work for the company----correct me if I'm wrong here, but didn't they say some time ago that unless circumstances were extreme, only the employee should phone up and no one else? That being the case, they have no right to question anyone other than the employee. (P'S if your child is below a certain age, they could actually done for this!)

had a similar situation with atos to the one u describe. they really are a disgrace. does anyone know how we can appeal against their findings as surely they are being negligent

now had interview with manger over my manager and he basically sys im lying and am not in that much pain, even though i explained to him im on 8 500mg cocodomal tablets aday and they basically knock me out, really dont know what to do. really getting me down but as usual they dont give a **** i just want the pain to stop and be able to work again, but they want me to work when m unable. really stuck dont know where to turn, just waiting on mri scan now, but apparantly its me who should be phoning about scan every 2 days not the docs, so once again docs are wrong and royalmail are right!
