Hello,
was hoping that someone will be able to point me in the right direction.

Is there any agreements in place, that inform any person taking over as union rep what facilities they are entittled too i.e phone, laptops, ect.

Any help is welcomed and I thank you all in advance.

You get the use of a computer at work plus time to use it. You get to use stationary if needed. You even get to use their computer, their paper and their printer to type out and print off a unilateral disagreement.
I couldn't believe it when a union rep and the area rep said that it was your right to use them.
If your dom wants to discuss anything with you, you can ask for assistance to complete your round if you are going to be late out.
I would presume that you can use the managers phone if you wanted to although I never have.

I wouldn't use the DOM's computer.
You don't know what dark secrets the browser history might hold.
Anyway there isn't a lot you can do with a BBC Micro these days.

Our rep can use the phone and stationary not to sure about the computer.
I think he also has the use of a filing cabinet if he needs it.
Supposed to have a dedicated area to talk to any members with any issues.
I am not sure weather there are any official agreements about it, someone else will propably know and help you out there.

Get a copy of the ACAS COP ( code of praticse) its all in there buddy.

Then what you have to do is quote the relevavant paragraphs( Articles) and put in a letter to your Dom.

There is also a CWU copy ( Section 1.6) Facilities for union representatives and officials
