Could someone point me in the right direction as to what information Royal Mail use to remove a person from driving as my friend is about to be removed from her duty for an accident.
They are using her past RTA's even though they are well over a year ago.
They are also using her drivers risk assessment as it came out as high risk.
Are there no proper procedures to follow on this?
Any help is welcomed
THANKS

3 blameworthy RTAs in 3 years are enough to get you taken off driving in my office (and has been from before I started), maybe she should just take the much easier walk duty and relax on easy street

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Yes
they are using the DRA computer test against her even though we were given assurances that it would not be used for this purpose

Re: REMOVED FROM DRIVING
The RTA Procedure might be worth looking at - there may be some procedural detail there that might counter her removal from driving. You will find it in the download section under 'Union Room'. Nine topics up from the bottom of the first page of download topics. Good luck!
