forced changes to duties, now

Post by ronpetetrevchris »

In our office changes are to be made to someones duty times and other duties content, a dissagreement has been logged explaining that nothing is to change until after the agreement. Yet RM say they couldnt care less about the dissagreement and the changes will happen from monday.

Advice please.
