payment for shoes
can anyone help me after waitng 6 months and ruining 2 pairs of trainers i finally snapped and told my dom no shoes no mail going out he told me to get a reciept for a pair of trainers and he would get me rembersed this i have done now he tells me he doesnt know which form to fill in to get me the money does anyone on here know what form he needs to fill in please oh and he got me some shoes the next day

It goes on the incidental expenses page of a Travel and Subsistence form now that it's all done electronic.
Tell him it's the same way he claims for mileage and I bet he knows which form it is!

to work after absense and wear trainers that suited my foot condition!!!
