I got mine with 1 hour of the stage interview as if there couldnt wait to issue me with it, and for my 2nd stage interview i was given this just before i left the office on the same day as the interview. The stage 2 was something like 15 months ago so im pretty sure this still stands

Keep quiet about it maybe hes forgotten it. Say he gives you a answer in a few weeks time then put a grievance in , reasons been he has unfairly kept you waiting. plus his delay means the time you have to go without sick will be longer than the 12 months that the stage one last for. Even if you do not get the grievance upheld they is a argument if you ever got to stage three that the procedure has not neen applied correctly so how can you be punished for been in breach of the procedure. This would be a punitive gesture, also do not sign the warning as this could mean you agrea with it.
