1. RM does NOT have to regain the trust of it's workforce, it's YOU that has to have faith in Royal Mail
2. Opposition to Royal Mail's plans is by misguided individuals living in the past
3. RM has had too high budgets to work with in the past and noone to answer to , that's why you are facing what you are facing today
4. It would have been impossible to impose these changes in the past with the prehistoric CWU
5. Leighton and Crozier are only bringing in changes ANY EVERYDAY Postman would bring in if he was put in charge
6. If our Postman took a career break in the outside world, within 3 months they'd all be begging for thier jobs back.
7. Why shouldn't our postmen walk the streets for more than 3 1-2 hours . A LOLLIPOP LADY spends more time on her feet than that
8. It's laughable that you think you can dictate when you start . You all expect to be paid for doing nothing, we expect flexibility from our Postmen.
9. Our Postmen have tools for the job so stop irrelevant complaints about weight .
10.It doesn't make any difference if you've a cold or cancer . Less than 10% appear on attendance procedure.The attendance procedure is within ACAS guidlines. We cannot have a appeals industry. If mistakes are made they are corrected by Senior Mgt.
11. Royal Mail do not dismiss many of our people on attendance procedure. It is not over zealous. Nothing has ever been disputed in a Tribunal or by Solicitors.
12. There has never been any personnel procedures that have been anything less than Best Practice .
13. Criticisms of ATOS Origin are simply because our people are hearing the advice they don't want to hear, appertaining to thier job.They are just a big company doing different things like Royal Mail.
14. These above criticisms are too subjective and misguided. They are only like a City fan having nothing good to say about United, fox hunters v saboeturs , burglars about the police.
15. Our B&H procedure is not motivated by Political Correctness , we are not dictated to by anyone. There is no inverted racism, it's simply that they form the majority. Our procedures have been proven to be best practice in Tribunals and Appeals. To allege otherwise you'd be entering far right territory

1-how can you have faith in a compulsive lying based company that see fit to pay managers £5k in bonus for doing nothing and then turn round and say there is no more money for a pay rise
6--i know postmen that have taken career breaks and now don't want to come back
7-i would like to meet a lollipop lady that is on her feet for over 3 1/2 hours the ones near us only do 1 hour in the morning 1 in the afternoon
8-we don't dictate when we start the only reason royal mail want to change the start time's is to stop the shift allowance the early delivery is the one thing we had over the competition now they are trying to get rid of that
