NO rep should sign any agreement without calling a members meeting and then asking for a show of hands. PERIOD!

our rep signs off agreements all the time without any co operation with us lot.

a few comments have been made as to wether he should do this or should we have a meeting on this with the members in the office?

please can someone help on this matter as we are all worried that the rep will sign on the dotted line without discussion with us.

what is the norm on this please or do different offices vary?

PLEASE HELP B4 WE GET SHAFTED

Any agreement that your rep has to negotiate at office level should be put a vote of the members in your office before he signs. Tell him this in no uncertain terms!!!

Reps can advise you,but it's all down to the office in the end.
You (the office)tell the reps what you want, not the other way round.
