A few months ago I was forced to wear rm issue shoes against a rheumatology specialists better judgement, until I came to an agreement that I would source shoes elsewhere that suited me n health n safety, which I was happy to do... However I was threatened that I would be sent home if I didn't wear the rm shoes in the interim period... There r still people running about in their own trainers. Wot can ya do about this victimisation???

stick in a grievance against the manager, your rep can get you a grievance form and help you write it. less favourable treatment springs to mind. bet you a tenner that when the manager see's you want a grievance form you will be able to wear water boots if you so wish.

ps, buy a pair of invisable shoes of ya always wanted a pair.
