thank u, but doe,s it meen they have to hit 40 hours before they get the sunday s/a rate. because they don,t get it if they don,t hit 40 mon to sat

This is why I stopped doing SA shifts like our late collection and town van run. These dutys are over and above any normal duty, and most full timers wouldn't touch it with a long pole used on the canal, but because I am part time I was paid less to do the same extra shift as a full timer.
This was one way our office manager save hours, by giving SA to part timers but if he needed a sweetner for a full timer gave them the hours at SA rate out of the office budget.
