Pro Rata everything
Seeing as everything a part timer gets is pro rata, e.g. christmas bonus the flexiblity bonus etc etc, and now it seems to be D2Ds (hope not though) why are our walks the same size as a full timer, why are our walks not pro rata surely this way it would be fairer for us

Good so all PTimers under this plan will have to do IPS and crash on Pro Rata as well.

good point but its not about walk sizes pro rata is based purely on hours you work and not what u do in them hours

Yes royal fail, are really taking the piss now with part timers and pro rata, as soon as the economy picks up all part timers will end up leaving because we are just walked all over.

All that matters to me is my TOTAL pay, not any one element of it.
I also dont expect to get paid more than than my fellow workers simply because im handling leaflets.
I dont do the all posties are equal but some are more equal than others crap.
