How to Get a vote of no confidence

Could someone please explain how to get a vote of no confidence in Dave Ward and Members of the PEC

Do I have to go through my Area Rep or my Branch Chair.
is there a specific procedure for this.

How do you go about bringing a vote of no confidence at conference.
Would I have to put it in writing to my branch and have a branch meeting then if passed The Branch Put it to Conference.
I really would like to know the correct procedure to follow.

It would have to be an Emergency Motion - because it was unforeseen at the time of your Branch AGM.
Usually this would be done by a Rep or Branch Officer with a Seconder at your Branch Committee Meeting.
I think a Lay Member with a Seconder can put a motion to their Branch Committee to vote on.
The more lay members you can get to put their name to it the more chance it will have of being passed.
It would need a lot of Branches to pass Emergency Resolutions for them to be heard at CWU Conference.
