Bullying and harassment (what a joke)

[trouble]

worker got bullying and harassment involved as he was been bullied by manager loads of witnesses
case dealt with by the managers prodogy (junior manager) - outcome no case for manager to answer worker over reacted contrary to witness statements
worker got ATOS involed for work related stress
managers changed this to anger management and violent behaviour and put it on workers record nothing on managers record
RM closed ranks and delayed process to stop case progressing
Bullying and harassment brought back in for worker not happy with this outcome
new indapendant case started by them but though and behold RM are the ones doing the new investigation again

RM and bullying and harassment seem to be working as one - out to screw us all over (what chance do we have and things will get worse now with this new agreement)

Time for there to be specially trained reps who would specialise in B+H cases to deal with this-sort of flying paralegals

ok no joy from rm why not ask pokice to charge person you got witnesses and it is illegal
to bully and harass people even if workplace
