How succesfull is a 3rd stage grievance ,the 1 that goes to rugby? Didnt really hear what i wanted at the 2nd stage ie sweeping things under carpet .

I'm not 100% of the process but I do know that stage 3 (the final stage) must be heard by somebody outside of your area.

Stages 1&2 should be held in house.


You could try to ask for advice on the union section of this website.
