Post by jafferpants »

Having been told by our office manager 4 weeks ago that we would just have to accept that royal mail has no money imagine the look on his face to-day when it turns out the total bonuse's paid out totals £40 million. Including 365,000 to crozier. red faced or what. :dance :dance :dance

You'd think they'd take a day off, wouldn't you ? I mean , being a total prat can't be a 24/7 , 365 days a year job, can it ? :Very Happy

Yet another slap in the face for the posties who actually DO the work, who actually MAKE the quality of service, who actually GIVE a damn about their jobs.

Propoganda comes in many forms and is used to fuel the fire in this case.

The CWU need to start hitting them harder, it's costing us in the long run, but it should be shown that we are the ones who do all the graft!

Well while his back was turned.....................
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

One of my colleagues came back from the missorts run, with a notice about the managers bonuses.

LINE MANAGER BONUS £1,460 AFTER TAX
SPAN BREAKER MANAGER BONUS £ 2,200 AFTER TAX
DELIVERY OFFICE MANAGER BONUS £ 3,000-£4,000 AFTER TAX
SHIFT MANAGER BONUS £6,000 AFTER TAX

Not a bad little earner. And what do we get for all our hard work?........F**k ALL! :funneh But then we are over-worked and under-paid, are'nt we? Would be interested to know if anyone else has seen this notice. Thinking of laminating a few and cable-tying them to the gate Friday!!!!!!!!

Yes. It's headed 'WOULD YOU ADAM AND EVE IT?'

Workshy scum get a couple of grand, workers get 92p. What a joke, but typical of this Tory country.
