business plan
Our mail centre manager has put forward his business plan for the coming year, obviously with plenty of duties going. should this be happening within the interim agreement?

Re: business plan
We where given ours a couple of weeks ago but it was just laughed at, it's main bit was 'because we're so over budget then we need to cut hours to deal with it' that and 'it's all the fault of the staff for not working hard enough', you'd really believe they do live on another planet.

Re: business plan
This is where managers should lead from the front. They should have to do the proposed new delivery with the extra added on for 4 weeks without being late back and without rushing round like a blue-a*sed flea.
