just heard
that in dh7/8/9 from next week lapsing WILL be done on saturdays too
so if true it looks like our mighty union has rolled over AGAIN
also if its true then one lost union subs cos after 40 years it aint worth a @@@@ so to all those who took their packed lunch in dh7/8/9

If it can be done in your duty time whats the problem?

if it cannot it's their problem

I have never lapsed yet, but i do work to my time or near as dammit

guess you work in a very lucky office,we have lapsed saturdays for ages now.
we do it all within out time so not a problem but would say no if it took me over my hours.

If you can do lapsing within your time then maybe your delivery is too small in the first place. We have blokes who rush around and do the lapsing then rush back and do sorting till there finishing time. These walks are way too easy imo if they can do that every day.
