need advice of sick at moment and atos say i can go back to indoor work dom wont have me back as cant do any of delivery and can only come back when i can do a phased re into to work that must involve delivery any suggestions

i was in a similar position to you a few months ago.If you cant do delivery work and atos has backed you up then the dom can find you indoor work to do.Do you have a callers office,perhaps you can assist in there? There are always dead letters to be killed off and prep work to be done for the next day.If atos say you cannot do delivery then the dom has to cooperate.Return to work after sickness can mean 4 hours ,first week and building up in 1 hour per week increases over the next 4 weeks or to whatever your maximum hours were before

As pat has said its very important you have a back to work plan from ATOS if you dont your DIM DOM will try it on.

Ring your DOM and ask if hes received his copy from them .
