Theres an indoor review being implemented soon at our office.
Rep may try to block it pending the implementation of the national agreement.
DOM has hinted it may be forced through via EA if not agreed soon.
Is this a direct violation of the interim agreement? I was of the understanding no more changes were to take place until the national dispute was resloved.

You bet ya,apparently there is something like the national negotiations going on,might need to remind the DIM of that, the best way to do that is to tell him to f**k off!!Is this a direct violation of the interim agreement?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Planning activity is fine, implementation is not. They may well have to alter the planning once a agreement is made.
A sensible idea would be a simple data gathering exercise.

Re: Indoor Review. Interim Agreement Violation?
Told at WTL this morning this is coming in ASAP.
Some duites are to have IPS increased from 30 - 40 mins to upto 1hr 50 mins! Remaining night duties are to be removed as well.
No time has been allocated for D2D prep either.
How can we stop this, at least until the national agreement is implemented?
Surely a national agreement could render this revision defunct?
