would say no mate, as i have a mate in my work, been suspended for 9 months now, yes, 9, and Nothing has come of any meetings, fact finding or other, cwu doing very little about it, even Londons top men seem dis-interested.
you would think in mates case, if anything was gonna stick, they would have sacked him, 9 month ago, instead of paying wages all this time.
So, i would reckon NO,going by the above mate, but you may get a differing response from others, probably depends on which branch your in, how studious your reps are, and how diligent your managers are.
who knows?

i had a fact finding interveiw then got suspended in all it was 4wks suspention then dismisal still waiting on result of the appeal

I waited 2 months for mine, then another 2 months for the outcome of the conduct charge , which ended up with a year warning
