Hi
I'm just wondering what happens now. An employee came back from a short absence and was informed by his line manager that he will be going on stage 3. How long should it be before he gets the letter listing his absences and the dates ? its already been 8 days since his manager told him he was going on stage 3. Is there a maximum allowed time for them to issue him with the letter, as it seems a bit cruel to keep him hanging on.
Thx in advance
Steve
