Put a grievance in against the dom who put the overtime through. Basically the manager has broken the terms of conditions you have signed with RM.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: dom changing overtime docket
It doesn't matter if you finish early on a tuesday, you still must be paid for any overtime you do on a monday, wed, thurs, fri or/and saturday thats the law. DO NOT let management tell you that if you finish 30 mins early one day you owe it back at the end of the week - its not correct, its not on and its not legal.
