Hi do we have an agreement on family friendly ? if not where do you find the ins and outs of it.

Well in my office 'family friendly' work all the hours they can at Xmas, but the rest of the year they need to finish early. I can't figure it out myself. :whistle

its down to you what you agree with your DOM but by law now they must be able to be some what flexible within reason if you need help because of family commitments

i thought f/friendly hours was when we changed from 5am start to 6am(if you had a child under the age of 4? then you could keep the 5am start until the child started school but even then they checked with your partners employer what hours they work). 2 drivers in my office still have 5am start they usually sort coded bundles for office.

Ive stayed on 530 wheras everyone else on 615. I bring all trucks in from the garage , then sort the packets.

are they supposed to look after themselves when 7 year old

this is where the f**k it up for themselves
im not on FF hours but cant do OT most days as i get home for the boy
ive even turned down OT i can do as it makes it easier to make my point on cutting/streaming
